- Client Supplies Required: Clients only provide trash bags/liners (and a leaf blower if needed for patio cleaning).
- On-Site Trash Disposal Policy: Cleaners remove trash, replace liners, and place all garbage in the property's on-site bins. Contractors are never permitted to transport trash off the premises.

Includes dusting and wiping all surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floors, cleaning the exterior of appliances, living rooms, kitchen, dining rooms, and at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- Deep Cleaning ($265.00 Base Price): Recommended for homes not professionally cleaned in 2+ months or periodic revitalization for recurring clients. Includes all Standard Cleaning tasks plus interior windows, window sills, and baseboards.
- Move-In/Out Cleaning ($288.00 Base Price): Ideal for empty or nearly empty homes (at least 95% empty) during tenant or homeowner transitions. Includes all Deep Cleaning tasks (interior windows, sills, baseboards) plus cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers, inside the oven, and inside the fridge. An additional trash fee of $17.00 per bag applies for excess trash (more than 5 bags).
- Heavy Duty Deep Clean ($351.00 Base Price): Designed for homes in a state of extreme neglect with deep, ground-in dirt, scum, grime, and surface discoloration. Includes all Deep Cleaning tasks (interior windows and baseboards) with intensive scrubbing and restoration effort.
- Post-Construction Cleaning ($374.00 Base Price): Specifically for properties with significant dust and debris from remodeling. Includes cleaning inside the fridge, inside the oven, inside cabinets, interior windows, baseboards, living rooms, kitchen, dining rooms, and at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- Hourly Cleaning (Custom Priority-Based Service): Flexible, time-based cleaning focused on the client's priority task list (obligatory 2-cleaner team minimum; full-home completion is not guaranteed). Rates are 1 hour (minimum) for $184.00, 2 hours for $282.00, 3 hours for $368.00, and 4 hours for $443.00. Optional deep/heavy-duty/appliance/garage extras require a 2-hour minimum and additional fees.
- Garage & Patio Cleaning ($40.00 Add-On or Standalone): Includes removing debris and trash, dusting shelves/ledges/sills, removing cobwebs from corners and light fixtures, sweeping and mopping floors, spot-cleaning stains with degreaser, organizing items, wiping doors/handles, and replacing floor mats.
